A travel package, booking or consultancy service is confirmed only after the required information, availability and payment conditions have been completed. Verbal discussions are not a final confirmation unless supported by the relevant written details.

Payment, Pricing & Availability

Prices, flights, hotels, rooms, seats, visa fees, exchange rates and supplier availability can change until confirmation. Any payment schedule or instalment arrangement should be recorded in writing together with the service it covers.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Confirmed services may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Any available change or refund depends on airline, hotel, transport, visa supplier, institution or other service-partner rules. Administrative or already-used service costs may also apply.

Visa, Admission & Work Permit Decisions

AMD Travels & Tours provides guidance and documentation support. Final decisions are made by embassies, immigration authorities, universities, employers, sponsors and relevant government departments. A consultation or prepared file does not guarantee approval.

Client Document Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, passport details, travel dates, educational documents, employment records, financial records and supporting information. Errors, omissions or late documents can affect timing, cost or outcome.

Privacy & Communication

Client details are used for consultation, booking support, documentation and relevant service processing. Official communication may take place through phone, WhatsApp, email or office discussion. Sensitive documents should only be shared through an agreed channel.

Questions, Corrections & Concerns

If a written detail appears incorrect or a service concern arises, contact the AMD Travels & Tours team promptly by WhatsApp, phone, email or office visit. Keep relevant receipts, messages and confirmation documents available so the issue can be reviewed.
